Veltis ecosystem

One base, every decision.

Veltis's five practices start from the same accounting and work on the same data from your company. What you hand over to one of them is useful to the others.

The five practices

Five practices, one whole company

  1. 01

    Base

    Accounting and Tax

    The right number, with method.

Accounting and taxes under control, with one person accountable and one deadline for every obligation.

  2. 02

    Management

    Back office, Controllership and HR

The owner decides with the month's numbers in hand.

Finance, controllership and HR with method, so the owner can decide without operating.

  3. 03

    Capital

    Finance and Fundraising

Advisory to prepare the company to raise funds.

Raise funds, sell the company or restructure with your numbers in order.

Veltis operates as an advisory firm in fundraising, corporate finance and restructuring. It is not a financial institution, does not hold authorization from the Banco Central do Brasil, and does not grant, lend, originate or offer credit. Credit and investment transactions are carried out by authorized financial institutions and investors, and judicial proceedings are handled by licensed attorneys.

  4. 04

    Protection

    Legal, Corporate Structure and Wealth

    Company, partners and wealth, organized.

Legal, corporate and wealth structure for the company and for the partners' families.

Informational content about legal and corporate services, with no promise of results. Veltis is not a law firm: legal work is carried out by a partner law firm.

  5. 05

    Technology

    Products

    Systems that give time back.

Technology built by people who know your numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about the ecosystem

What is the Veltis ecosystem?

It is the set of Veltis's five practices (Base, Management, Capital, Protection and Technology) working together. Veltis was born from accounting, and it is from accounting that the other practices start to see the whole company.

Where do I start if I don't know which practice I need?

With the free assessment: 6 questions, under 2 minutes, no obligation. It shows which practices match what you told us, and a Veltis specialist follows up to talk.

Does Veltis grant credit?

No. In the Capital practice, Veltis acts as an advisor: it prepares the company to raise funds and connects it to financial institutions. The financial institution analyzes and grants the credit. Veltis is not authorized by the Banco Central do Brasil.
