Accurate tax calculation and filings delivered, with a review before the Receita Federal cross-checks the data.

Tax calculated incorrectly can lead to an infraction notice (autuação). A filing submitted with discrepancies can get caught in the tax audit screening (malha fiscal).

What we do

What is included in Tax Compliance

  • Tax calculation

Calculation of the period's taxes according to the company's tax regime: Simples Nacional (simplified regime), Lucro Presumido (presumed profit) or Lucro Real (actual profit).

  • Ancillary obligations

  • Preventive tax review

Discrepancies between filings found and corrected while there is still time.

Who it is for

Who this area is right for

  • Getting started

Monthly tax calculation and the regime's ancillary obligations, with an organized tax calendar.

  • Growing

Multiple CNPJs, under different regimes and in different states, each with its own tax calculation and calendar.

  • Large companies

Transfer pricing (Law 14.596/2023) and international taxation, for groups with operations outside Brazil.

In the ecosystem

What connects to this area

  • Tax planning

The routine surfaces the company's actual numbers. The regime is chosen and reviewed on those numbers.

  • Tax compliance remediation

Outstanding debt, tax audit screening (malha fiscal) and infraction notices are handled separately in Tax compliance remediation, outside the monthly routine.

  • Tax Reform

Tax calculation and filings change with the transition. The CBS takes full effect in 2027, and the IBS takes over in 2033.

  • Tax credit recovery

Whoever organizes the tax function can find credits that day-to-day operations do not see.

  • Accounting

Tax calculation is only reliable if the accounting base behind it is closed correctly.

Frequently asked questions

Questions from anyone evaluating

Which ancillary obligations does my company need to file?

It depends on the tax regime, the business activity and the state. Mapping the obligations is the first step, and the company's tax calendar comes out of it.

What is preventive tax review?

It means cross-checking the ancillary obligations (SPED, ECF, eSocial) against each other and against the accounting records, every period. Any discrepancy found is corrected before it turns into a notification or an infraction notice.

What is the difference between the tax routine and tax planning?

The routine calculates the taxes and files the obligations for each period. Tax planning deals with choosing and reviewing the regime and tax incentives. Both start from the same numbers.

Do you take on the defense in case of an infraction notice?

Infraction notices, outstanding debt and tax audit screening (malha fiscal) are handled in the Tax compliance remediation area, which provides the technical follow-up of the notice. The part of the defense that requires a lawyer is handled by licensed lawyers, either the company's own or partners.
