Who it is for
Who this area is right for
Getting started
PIS and Cofins credits on inputs and the exclusion of ICMS from the calculation base are common review points.
Growing
Payroll credits, export credits and transactions between companies of the same group.
Large companies
More complex legal theories and credit accumulated across multiple CNPJs, with legal support when the theory requires it.
In the ecosystem
What connects to this area
Tax Compliance
The review of past years starts from the same tax documentation that today's routine organizes.
Financial BPO
When a credit is offset or refunded, the effect shows up in cash and in the payment flow that the back office tracks.
Fundraising
Recovered tax credits strengthen cash without creating debt, and a company whose tax position has been reviewed arrives at a fundraising better organized.
Frequently asked questions
Questions from anyone evaluating
How are fees charged for credit recovery?
It is a success fee. The terms are explained in the assessment, before the company decides whether to proceed.
How long does it take to recover a credit?
It varies widely by type of credit and by agency. Administrative offset is usually faster than claims argued in court. No timeline is promised before the technical review.
Is there a risk of the company being audited for claiming the credit?
Every offset or refund request is reviewed by the agency. That is why we only claim what the documentation supports, after reviewing the period.
Do you recover credits from prior years even if I have already changed accountants?
Generally yes, as long as it falls within the 5-year statute of limitations and we have access to the tax documentation for the period.
