Fundraising and credit are advisory work

Veltis works in fundraising and credit on an advisory basis. It is not a financial institution: it does not grant, lend, originate or offer credit, and does not guarantee approval.

When there is a transaction, the financial institution or the investor is the one who reviews, decides and contracts it, under its own terms.

Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or a promise of approval, rate or term. Talking to Veltis about the subject is not a credit request made to Veltis.

Site forms

The site has two forms: the free assessment and the contact form. They exist so that Veltis can reply to you.

• Provide accurate information, either your own or that of a company you represent.
• Do not write CPF numbers, passwords, banking details or sensitive personal data in the message.
• Submitting a form does not create a contract or bind you or Veltis. It is a first contact.

The processing of the data you submit follows our Privacy Policy.

Proper use of the site

Use the site only for lawful purposes and in good faith. The following is not allowed:

• Attempting to access areas, systems or data of the site that are not public.
• Interfering with the operation or security of the site.
• Submitting forms in an automated or bulk manner, or with third-party data without authorization.
• Using the site to commit fraud or any act contrary to the law.

The Veltis brand, the logo, the V symbol, the texts, images, layout and other content on the site are protected by intellectual property law.

You may read the site, print a page for reference and share its link. Copying, reproducing, modifying or using the brand and content for other purposes requires prior written authorization from Veltis.

The site may contain links to third-party sites and services. Veltis does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, rules or data processing practices. Read each one's terms and policy before using it.

Changes to these terms

Veltis may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date of the last update appears at the top.
