When a group has several entities, the numbers have to close together.

BPO and controllership at scale, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring and compliance for groups and large corporations.

Does this sound familiar?

  • My operation is complex, with several entities and a difficult consolidation.
  • We leave tax efficiency on the table for lack of review.
  • We have M&A or restructuring under way without integrated advisory support.
  • Investors or the regulator require board governance and compliance.
