Privacy Policy

How Veltis handles the personal data you leave on this site, and what you can ask about it.

Updated on

In short

  • Only what you type

We collect what you fill in on the site's forms.

  • To reply to you

That is what we use the data for, and only with your acceptance.

  • You decide

You can request access, correction or deletion at any time.

01

Who is responsible

This policy applies to the website veltisco.com.br. The party responsible for processing the personal data collected on it, called the controller under the law, is VELTIS GESTAO CONTABIL LTDA (Veltis), registered under CNPJ (Brazilian corporate taxpayer registry) number 24.237.259/0001-19, based in Goiânia (GO).

Legal name: VELTIS GESTAO CONTABIL LTDA.

CNPJ: 24.237.259/0001-19.

02

What data we collect

We collect only what you type into the site's forms. There are two.

Free assessment

  • Name and WhatsApp number with area code.
  • Email and company name, when you provide them.
  • Your answers to the assessment questions: company size, annual revenue range and tax regime (both can be left unanswered), the state of your accounting, what weighs most on your routine and the stage the company is at.
  • Your acceptance of this policy.

What the assessment produces from your answers

With your answers, the site instantly builds an initial overview of the company: the profile, the points of attention and the first steps. You see this overview on screen, and the Veltis team receives the same overview as a PDF, together with your answers and your contact details.

Contact form

  • Name and email.
  • Company name, when you provide it.
  • The subject you chose and the text of the message.
  • Your acceptance of this policy.

Recorded with the submission

The date and time of the submission and the page of the site it came from.

Form data is not stored on the site. As soon as you submit, it is sent by email to the Veltis team.

We do not ask for CPF, banking details, passwords or sensitive personal data. We also ask that you not write them in the message.

As with any website, the hosting provider may log technical access data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running. The IP address is also used, for a short time, to limit repeated submissions and block bots, and is not stored together with your message.

03

What we use the data for

  • Reply to your message at the email address you provided.
  • Get back to you about your assessment through the WhatsApp number you provided and, if you left an email address, by email as well, to present the result and talk about the company.
  • Build the initial overview of the assessment that appears on screen and goes as a PDF to the Veltis team.
  • Point you to the Veltis practice that best fits the subject you raised.
  • Record that you agreed to this policy.
  • Protect the site against abuse and automated submissions.

We do not use this data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.

The assessment overview is generated automatically and serves only to guide the conversation. It makes no decision about you or your company: any proposal comes out of the conversation with the Veltis team.

05

Who we share data with

The data reaches Veltis. To operate the site, we use providers that process data on Veltis's behalf, solely for that purpose:

  • Vercel: hosts the site and runs the aggregate visit count.
  • Resend: delivers to the Veltis team, by email, what you submit in the forms.

Both providers are headquartered in the United States and may process data outside Brazil. When this happens, the transfer follows the cases provided for in the LGPD (Article 33).

If you use the WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place in WhatsApp itself, a Meta service, under its terms and privacy policy. The site only opens the app with a ready-made message, which you decide whether to send.

We may also share data when required by law or by an authority. Other than that, we do not share your data with third parties.

06

How long we keep the data

We keep the data for as long as needed to reply to you and follow up on the conversation you started. After that, it is kept only for the period required by law or needed for Veltis to defend itself in any dispute, and is then deleted or anonymized.

If you ask for deletion earlier, we will comply, except where the law requires us to keep the data.

07

Your rights

The LGPD (Article 18) guarantees you, as the data subject, the right to ask Veltis to:

  • Confirm that we process your data and access it.
  • Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in violation of the law.
  • Request data portability.
  • Find out who we share your data with.
  • Know that you may withhold consent and what the consequences would be.
  • Withdraw your consent.

To exercise any of them, write through the contact form and choose the subject Privacy and personal data. We may ask for information to confirm the request is yours.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Data protection officer: kaio.alves@veltisco.com.br.

08

How we protect the data

We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and misuse. No system is immune to failures. If an incident occurs that may bring you relevant risk or harm, we will notify you and the ANPD, as the law requires.

09

Cookies and trackers

The site does not use advertising cookies. To find out how many people visit each page, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate and does not use cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated beforehand and, where the law requires, we will ask for your consent.

10

Minors

The site is aimed at companies and their representatives. It is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page, and relevant changes will be highlighted here.
