Accounting and taxes under control, with one person accountable and one deadline for every obligation.
Many companies only open their balance sheet when the bank, a partner or the Receita Federal asks about it. With Veltis, it is reviewed with you every month.
What we do
What the Base practice covers
Accounting
Bookkeeping, financial statements and a monthly reading of what the numbers mean for your next decision.
Tax Compliance
The company's tax routine: tax computation, ancillary filings, calendar, preventive review and international taxation.
Tax planning
Selection and review of the tax regime, tax reorganization and tax incentives from the state of Goiás, based on the free tax assessment.
Tax credit recovery
Taxes paid in excess that your company may be entitled to recover.
Tax compliance remediation
Debts, installment plans, clearance certificates (certidão negativa), malha fiscal (the tax authority's data-matching screen) and technical follow-up of tax infraction notices, with an attorney when the defense requires it.
Tax Reform
Transition from PIS, Cofins, ICMS and ISS to CBS and IBS, the new taxes on goods and services. Managed year by year, with planning before each stage.
Company formation
A company that is incorporated, registered and ready to operate, with the right corporate and tax structure from day one.
In practice
The month's tax calculation, open line by line
Every month the calculation shows where each amount comes from: revenue, tax base, taxes, input credits and the total due. Whoever decides sees the number and the path to it.

A starting point for every company size
Getting started
Accounting and taxes in order from the start, without missing deadlines or tax credits for lack of time, and clarity on when to move out of MEI or Simples.
Growing
Multiple CNPJs, different regimes per unit, the need to consolidate and to plan for the Reform well in advance.
Large companies
IFRS, transfer pricing, technical follow-up of tax infraction notices and ERP configuration for IBS/CBS at scale.
In the ecosystem
How the Base practice connects to the others
Capital
An organized balance sheet makes credit analysis and due diligence easier when it is time to raise funds.
Protection
Tax planning is designed together with the legal team.
Management
A closed, clean balance sheet is the input for all controllership. Without it, whoever runs finance decides without reliable numbers.
Technology
In development in-house at Veltis: tax and fiscal portals, invoice and certificate lookup tools, and an invoice issuer to support the Base routine.
Frequently asked questions
Questions from anyone evaluating
Does Veltis replace my current accounting provider, or do I need to switch everything at once?
Yes, Veltis takes over the accounting from your current provider. We manage the transition, within 30 days, without interrupting ongoing obligations.
Do you serve companies under any tax regime?
Yes: Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido and Lucro Real, including groups with different regimes per CNPJ.
What is the free tax assessment?
It is a no-cost conversation, started when you get in touch, to understand your company's tax options. It is the entry point to tax planning.
Is Brazil's Tax Reform already changing anything in 2026?
Yes, in a limited way: 2026 is a test year. CBS and IBS appear on the invoice at a reduced rate, which can be offset against PIS and Cofins. It is the time to adjust systems and processes before 2027, when CBS takes full effect.
How does tax credit recovery work?
It starts with an assessment at no upfront cost that reviews the last 5 years and estimates the possible credit. If there is a credit, billing is success-based, with fees agreed before any work begins.
