Choosing, within the law, the company's tax path before the transaction takes place.

The tax on a transaction is set when it takes place. Regime and structure are decided before that.

What we do

What is included in Tax planning

  • Free tax assessment

A free conversation to understand the company's tax possibilities, with no promise of savings or results.

  • Tax regime selection and review

Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido and Lucro Real (Brazil's corporate tax regimes) compared against the company's actual numbers, with periodic review of the choice.

  • Tax reorganization

Analysis of the company or group structure to check whether a more suitable tax design exists, within the law.

  • Tax incentives in the state of Goiás

Survey of what applies to the company, when it has operations in Goiás.

  • Planning with Brazil's Tax Reform in view

Regime and structure decisions made with the Tax Reform transition already taken into account.

How it works

How the work happens

  1. 01

    First conversation

You introduce the company through the contact page, and the conversation defines what is worth analyzing: regime, structure or incentives.

  2. 02

    Analysis of alternatives

Regime, structure and incentives assessed in light of the company's actual situation.

  3. 03

    Decision and implementation

The company chooses the path and it moves into the tax and accounting routine.

  4. 04

    Review

The plan is reviewed when revenue, structure or legislation change.

Who it is for

Who this area is right for

  • Getting started

A company that started on Simples and wants to know whether to stay on it or whether another regime is a better fit as it grows.

  • Growing

A company with more than one CNPJ or in expansion, which needs to decide on regime and structure in a coordinated way and check tax incentives when it operates in Goiás.

  • Large companies

A group with several companies, evaluating tax reorganization and the effect of Brazil's Tax Reform on its structure.

In the ecosystem

What connects to this area

  • Tax Compliance

After the decision, tax calculation, ancillary obligations and the calendar follow the chosen regime.

  • Tax Reform

The regime and structure chosen today need to make sense during the Tax Reform transition.

  • Accounting

Comparing regimes requires knowing actual revenue, payroll and expenses. Those numbers come from the closed books.

  • Tax credit recovery

Planning deals with tax from here on. Recovery looks at what has already been overpaid.

Frequently asked questions

Questions from anyone evaluating

Does the tax assessment cost anything?

No. The tax assessment is free and works as a conversation: you introduce the company and we work out what is possible for it.

Is tax planning legal?

Yes. Tax planning is the lawful choice of a tax path within the law, made before the transaction takes place. Tax evasion is a different matter and is not part of our work.

What is the difference between Tax planning and Tax Compliance?

Tax planning decides the path before the taxable event: regime, structure and incentives. Tax Compliance handles the routine: tax calculation, ancillary obligations and calendar.

When is it worth reviewing the tax regime?

At least once a year, and whenever there is a significant change in revenue, payroll, company structure or legislation, such as the Tax Reform transition.

Does tax planning guarantee that I will pay less tax?

No. It is only possible to know whether a better alternative exists after getting to know the company. In some cases, the current regime is already the most suitable.
