Frequently asked questions
Questions from anyone evaluating
What changes with Kardo in time tracking?
Time is now recorded by phone, with each clock-in timestamped by the Kardo server and the location verified. At the end of the period, the timesheet comes out digitally signed by the employee.
Does Veltis serve companies with hybrid or field teams?
Yes. Time tracking and work schedules are configured according to the team's work arrangement, and the rules for each type (on-site, field, hybrid or remote) are defined in the assessment.
Do you review labor liabilities before taking over a company's payroll department?
Yes, in the initial assessment. We analyze payroll, work schedules and pending issues to size the risk and the provision. Matters that call for a legal opinion stay with an attorney.
Are HR and payroll the same thing?
No. The payroll department handles compliance (payroll, eSocial, time tracking). HR handles people, job roles, salaries and development. Veltis works in both.
